And I'm back! I know this is late, but how was everyone's weekend? I haven't had much time to blog since the weekend, but I'm taking the time now. I went to Friday Night Concerts in the Park. The bands were great; they got people a movin' and a groovin'. Although it was packed, the people were friendly and conversational. And there was shaved ice almost as big as my head! Mine was called the cherry bomb; it was cherry and vanilla and super yummy! If you live in the Sacramento area and you're into music, you should come check it out one of these Friday evenings! I've been totally into music and going to concerts to see live music ever since I was a little girl. And I would say my passion has only grown as I get older. I took this picture when I went to the Launch Festival last year. It was so much fun, and the bands rocked Sacramento! This was one of my favorite bands called Grouplove--and this is their bassist, Sean. They bring so much energy and liveliness when they play. I love how they playfully interact with the crowd!
